Compare Antivirus Software

Is It Better To Defrag My Computer Using The Default Disk Defragmenter, Or The Defrag On My Antivirus Software?

Should I use the ‘Disk Defragmenter’ that comes with Windows to defrag my computer, or use the defragmenter that comes with my antivirus software. Which is better? Thanks for the help!

   try defraggler its made by the company who make ccleaner. It very good.http://www.defraggler.com/

   Certain ones are better than others. You must get O&O defrag, it works for me
