Do you know any tutorial for qmail with antivirus+antispam better than qmailrocks.org? Something in that style, but newer/updated. OK I get this pop up that says WARNING! 40 infections found!!! unwanted software blah blah blah………..

My computer is infected with “Security Toolbar 7.1″, and it is promts:
1. system is infected with trojan-spy.win32@mx; and to download antispam softwares.
2. I am having full updates of norton antivirus… but it is unable to detect this trojan
3. I can not restore my computer in back date also.
4. There is no infrmation about this toolbar [...]

I’m trying to protect my computer with the best (free) programs that I can. I have Norton that came with my computers’ software bundle, but it’s a resource hog and is huge.
