Compare Antivirus Software

I don’t want to hear about free antivirus because they are all bs in my opinion. I want an antivirus thing that is permanent. I pay once and lifetime protection. Is that possible?

I have scanned my computer with McAfee and it says I do not have a virus. Also I do not see where I can get rid of the antivirus plus on my ‘un-install list’.

McAfee Antivirus interferes with the normal functioning of the surveillance software used by the Viewgate DVR card. It detects files installed and used by the program as ‘threats’ and deletes / cleans them.
