   avg free edition http://www.grisoft.com.
   with that you should be running a firewall and andi spyware
   i would recomend free alternatives of zone alarm and malwarebyts.
   don’t use more than one antivirus on your system at once.

   AVG antivirus is the best free solution for you. add zonealarm firewall too.

   norton anti virus is the best solution
   because most free antivirus downloads don’t stop all the cokies and other viruses
   so i suggest norton antivirus
