What Are The Best Free Firewall, Spyware And Antivirus Programs For Vista?

so i need a good and free firewall, antispyware, and antivirus program for my computer which has vista on it…any suggestions?

   Screw that vista defender its not that great of a software. I’ve searched for 2 years on to defend my computer since I broke two already. Learned from mistakes. First the web browser should be firefox(#1 browser in safety) Firewall is already good, no way of making it better besides turning it on.(Should already be installed on the computer) Antispyware the PC recommended would be spywareblaster. Then for anti-virus would be AVG-Free. Almost forgot, do not install more than one anti-virus program because it will slow down computer performance.
   These are all free and I use a vista home premium.

   Try AVG for free. It works REALLY good. I always use it.
   Also, Try MalwareBytes. It is also REALLY good. It gets rid of lots of viruses.

   you want to stay safe while using windoze? don’t turn it on! seriously, wondows defender gets high marks as well as avast antivirus.

   McAfee Total Protection 2009 works well.
